$filename, ?string $mime_type = null, ?string $posted_filename = null): CURLFile
   创建 CURLFile 对象,用于使用 CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS 选项上传文件。
  
filename被上传文件的 路径。
mime_type被上传文件的 MIME 类型。
posted_filename上传数据里面的文件名。
返回 CURLFile 对象。
